Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not quite sure what to expect. I try to create a space where you can be honest about what’s going on, talk through the things that feel difficult, and feel comfortable being yourself. I value getting to know each person as an individual and creating a genuine connection where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to figure out what you need from therapy.

I work with adolescents and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, self-confidence, friendships and relationships, life transitions, or the pressures that come with school, sports, and everyday life. I also have a particular interest in working with athletes. Sports can be an important part of who we are, but they can also come with pressure, expectations, mistakes, and self-doubt. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, struggling with confidence, or adjusting to a new chapter, I want to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and find strategies that work for you.

My counseling style is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, ACT, DBT, existential, and humanistic approaches. I don’t believe there is one right way to do therapy, so I tailor our work to your experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we may explore thought patterns, build confidence and self-awareness, develop coping skills, work through relationships, or simply make sense of what you’re going through. I want therapy to feel collaborative and useful, while helping you recognize the strengths you already have and build the tools you need to move forward.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying different coffee shops, watching reality TV, staying active, and exploring new places!
